Received her BA in Communication and Rhetoric from SUNY Albany. She taught Math and coached high school Track and Field before going on to Northwestern University where she earned her Masters in Physical Therapy and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Over the past 9 years she has worked with many high level athletes with a focus on sports specific rehab including marathon runners, triathletes, tennis players and skiers. Tracy is a Board Certified Direct Access Provider. Tracy uses trigger point dry needling to address soft tissue dysfunction.
Laura Continetti, DPT,CSCS
Received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from James Madison University. She continued on to New York University where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). Laura has obtained a Pilates Mat certification through Power Pilates, which she enjoys integrating into physical therapy treatment.
She has also pursued personal training and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through National Strength and Conditioning Association. Laura is a Board Certified Direct Access Provider. Laura uses trigger point dry needling to address soft tissue dysfunction.
Veronika Balazsy, LPTA
Began her career in physical therapy in 1973 in Kosice, Slovak Republic and continued working here in the United States at the National Hospital for Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation in Arlington, VA. She joined a total joint replacement team specializing in total hips and knees. She has experience working in inpatient and outpatient rehab with variety of orthopaedic and neurologic conditions. She taught the Physical Therapy Aide course through Fairfax County Adult and Community Education.
In 2002, she completed the IWA weight training certification course and has earned the credential of Certified Weight Trainer. Veronika completed the Maitland-Australian basic peripheral and spinal mobilization workshop, Muscle Energy Techniques for the upper and lower extremities, sacroiliac joint and spine and postsurgical rehab of spine.
