What’s my recovery after MAKO Robotic-arm assisted surgery?

Recovery varies depending on each patient, most are discharged the same day and done at our ambulatory Robotic Surgery Center, however, some with other health issues might have to stay overnight and are done at the hospital.  While many patients have reported walking without pain within 1 day after surgery, MAKOplasty surgery patients should carefully follow your doctor’s instructions and physical therapy plan to achieve recovery, prevent injuries and get the fullest possible return to normal activities.
